Refund Policy

1. Deposits

A 50 % deposit is required to secure every booking date. This deposit covers design time, inventory allocation and turning away other enquiries for that slot. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances but may be transferable once (see Section 4).

2. Final payments

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of installation. If you cancel according to Section 3, some or all of this balance may be refundable.

3. Cancellations

4. One-time reschedule

If you need to move the event more than 14 days in advance, we’ll transfer your deposit to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. A second reschedule counts as a cancellation.

5. Force majeure / weather

Outdoor setups affected by severe weather (high winds, extreme heat, lightning) will be moved indoors where possible. If relocation is impossible, we can:

  1. Apply your payments to a new date within 90 days, or

  2. Refund the final balance minus unrecoverable material costs (e.g., pre-inflated balloons).
    Deposits remain non-refundable.

6. Product defects on install

If balloons pop or props arrive damaged during installation, we repair or replace them on-site at no extra cost. Once your event begins, natural oxidation, colour shift or guest-caused damage is outside our control and not eligible for refund.

7. Supplier or crew failure

If Yellow Wheels Art cancels for a reason fully within our control (e.g., crew illness with no replacement, vehicle breakdown without timely alternative), you receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.

8. How to request a refund

Write to yellowwheelsart@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
